Red and White Eye Candy . . .

I was lucky enough to attend the

Red & White Quilt Show in NYC today.


Just breathtaking!

It was so lovely to hear everyone gasp

as they walked into the main room of the Armory.

A wonderful time had by all.

I really hope they are going to make

a coffee table book!


And I hope this becomes a travelling show

  3. I heard that one person owned all of these quilts, over 600 of them. Do you know if that's true???

  4. That is true! Mrs. Rose started collecting red & white quilts in the 60's and bought her first ones for $5 and $10!! She has collected 651 of these quilts and has over 400 other kinds of quilts. This show was her 80th birthday present to herself and to NYC. There was no charge to see the exhibit. Quite an amazing thing.
