That is true! Mrs. Rose started collecting red & white quilts in the 60's and bought her first ones for $5 and $10!! She has collected 651 of these quilts and has over 400 other kinds of quilts. This show was her 80th birthday present to herself and to NYC. There was no charge to see the exhibit. Quite an amazing thing.
